FAQ
Rapid response, structural drying, leak detection, and protection plans for homes, portfolios, and small commercial properties across South Florida.
Emergency Response
We dispatch immediately, 24/7. Our Broward County-based team typically arrives within 30–60 minutes. Call directly — don’t use the form for emergencies.
Shut off the water source if safe. Move valuables off wet flooring. Don’t use household vacuums. Document with photos before moving anything.
Yes. Our emergency line is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — nights, weekends, holidays. A real person answers, not voicemail.
Yes. Homeowners, landlords, property managers, HOAs, and small commercial properties across Broward County.
Call us first — every minute increases damage. Notify your insurer as soon as possible after, but stop the damage first.
Yes. We assess water category on arrival and follow appropriate protocols for contaminated water events immediately.
Water Damage & Drying
Most residential events: 3–5 days. Larger scope, contaminated water or dense materials can extend this. We estimate after the initial assessment.
Daily moisture readings logged with calibrated meters at every zone — objective data, not guesswork. This becomes your insurance documentation.
Only when drying in place isn’t effective. We always explain our reasoning and document the decision before proceeding.
A final moisture measurement confirming materials have returned to acceptable levels. We provide a signed clearance report to close the drying project.
Consumer fans move air but don’t remove moisture from materials. Commercial dehumidifiers extract moisture from building materials at rates 5–10x greater.
Yes. Multi-unit events documented with consistent standards across every affected area for insurance submissions.

Initial moisture mapping, daily drying logs, equipment records, final clearance readings, and a signed clearance report — all formatted for insurance.
We are not insurance advisors. Coverage depends on your specific policy and cause. Contact your insurer or a licensed public adjuster for guidance.
Yes — for non-emergency work. In true emergencies we begin immediately and provide a full estimate shortly after the initial assessment.
Protection Plans
Guard ($89/mo): sensors, annual inspection, priority dispatch. Shield ($189/mo): adds multi-unit coverage and 15% discount. Estate ($349/mo): full portfolio coverage, quarterly audits, dedicated account manager.
No. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel with 30 days notice.
Sensors detect early and alert you fast — they don’t prevent all events. Think of them as a smoke detector for water: early warning dramatically reduces damage cost.
Yes. Estate Plan covers HOAs with building-wide sensor networks, priority multi-unit response and board-ready quarterly reports.
Equipment Rental
DIY homeowners and property managers managing minor, contained water events. For significant damage or insurance claims, full service is recommended.
Commercial dehumidifiers remove 5–10x more moisture per day. Our units are the same equipment we use in professional mitigation — not consumer grade.
Call us. We assess remotely by phone and can transition to full assisted drying seamlessly — no penalty for upgrading.
Typical minor events: 3–5 days. Our team advises based on your description of the situation.
